Pine Hill Country Care, Inc. is located in the heart of Concord, Ohio on Ravenna Road just south of the Concord Town hall. Owned and operated by Susan Lanning, a registered nurse with over 25 years experience in home health and geriatrics, the home opened its doors to residents in September 2001.

We are a small Adult Care Home; licensed by the Ohio Dept. of Health. We strive to provide the best of care in this unique smaller setting. Staying small and affordable is important to our mission. We offer residential assisted living at more affordable rates than some of the larger assisted living facilities.

Our eight elderly residents enjoy the comfort and privacy of their own room in a private home. Under the supervision and management of a registered nurse our residents receive assistance with all their daily living needs. Rooms are large and attractively decorated. Meals are home-cooked nutritious and delicious.
